1. Bring in the Instruction about the statement from the registration book approved by the resolution of Committee on land resources, geodesy and cartography under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2003 No. 6 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 80, 8/9777; 2008, No. 199, 8/19318; 2009, No. 188, 8/21288; 2010, No. 118, 8/22290), following amendments and changes:
1.1. the fourth Item 6 to add the paragraph with the words "or parking place";
1.2. in Item 7:
after the paragraph of the eleventh to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"data on the property right (property of one person, common ownership, common joint property, joint household);";
the twelfth or eighteenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the thirteenth or nineteenth;
in the paragraph the nineteenth the word "name" shall be replaced with words "own name";
1.3. in Item 8:
