About state registration of real estate
Based on paragraphs of the fifth, the sixth, the twelfth, thirteenth and eighteenth Article 14, of Item 2 of Article 37, of Item 2 of article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2002 No. 133-Z "About state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it", subitem 4.37 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958, the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish forms:
certificates (certificate) of state registration according to appendix 1;
notifications on entering of corrections into the single state register of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it according to appendix 2;
notices on documents acceptance, provided for implementation of state registration, according to appendix 3;
notices on refusal in documents acceptance, provided for implementation of state registration, according to appendix 4;
notices on suspension of making of registration action according to appendix 5;
notices on refusal in making of registration action according to appendix 6.
2. Approve:
The instruction about procedure for functioning of the single state register of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it (is attached);
The instruction about rules of filling and procedure for signing of the statement for state registration (is attached);
3. Bring in the resolution of Committee on land resources, geodesy and cartography under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 11, 2004 No. 9 "About creation of registration districts" the following changes:
