1. Bring in the Nation-wide target economic program of carrying out monitoring of remaining balance of veterinary medicines and pollutants in live animals, animal products and sterns, and also in the foodstuff under control to veterinary service, for 2010-2015, approved by the Law of Ukraine of June 4, 2009 (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2009, No. 42, the Art. 636), such changes:

in the text of appendix of 1 word of Goskomvetmeditsina, "MON" and National Agricultural University to replace respectively with the words "Gosvetfitosluzhba Ukraine", "Monmolodezhsport of Ukraine" and "National University of Bioresources and Environmental Management of Ukraine";

in the column "Main Manager of Budgetary Funds" of appendix 2 shall be replaced with words the word of "MON" "Monmolodezhsport Ukrainy";

in the column "Name of Task and Measure" of appendix 4 of the word "National Agricultural University" shall be replaced with words "National university of bioresources and environmental management of Ukraine".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
