1. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus and the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus of March 19, 2010 No. 18/2 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for the direction by tax authorities in bodies of financial investigations of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus of messages on crimes against procedure of economic activity" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 94, 8/22173).
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
