About questions of activities of bodies of the State Control Committee

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of bodies of the State Control Committee:

1. Approve Regulations on the State Control Committee it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

2.1. decisions (instructions, resolutions) bodies of the State Control Committee (further – Committee) and the resolutions of boards of bodies of Committee accepted within competence of bodies of Committee are obligatory for execution in the time established by bodies of Committee (their boards) by all state bodies, other organizations (their workers), and also physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs;

2.2. state bodies, other organizations (their workers) and other physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, shall in time, established by bodies of Committee (their boards), in writing to inform bodies of Committee on the taken measures for execution of decisions (instructions, resolutions) of bodies of Committee, resolutions of boards of bodies of Committee;

2.3. bodies of Committee in case of accomplishment of the tasks assigned to them within the competence are competent:

2.3.1. stop or prohibit before elimination of violations production (realization) of goods (performance of works, rendering services) in case of identification of the violations of the law creating threat of homeland security, damnification of life and to health of the population, the environment including if:

in case of observance of statutory rules of use, storage, transportation or utilization of goods (result of works, services) they do or can do harm to life, health of consumers or the environment;

production (realization) of goods (performance of works, rendering services) is performed without license, special permission (license) which obtaining is provided by legal acts;

implementable goods have no fixed terms of the validity and (or) storage durations or their expiration dates and (or) storage durations expired;
