Bring in the Instruction about procedure and criteria of determination of group and the reason of disability, the list of the medical indications granting the right to social pension on handicapped children aged up to 18 years, and extents of loss of their health approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2007 No. 97 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 274, 8/17387; 2009, No. 187, 8/21275; 2010, No. 288, 8/22989), following amendments and change:
the fifth Item parts two 6, part the second Item 75, Item 80 after the word of "structure" to add the paragraph with words of "The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus";
in part two of Item 15 of the word "on the first" shall be replaced with words "to the first".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
