Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning debt write-off of the companies of fuel and energy complex of change which are applied.

According to the procedure of confirmation of debt which resulted from incomplete calculations for energy carriers, No. 191 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 2006 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 8, of the Art. 448, No. 28, of the Art. 2018):

"4) debt write-off, article 9 of the Law specified in the subitem "g" of subitem 9.1.1 of Item 9.1.";
