1. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2007 No. 928 "Questions concerning ensuring accomplishment of the international obligations of Ukraine according to the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and flora which are under the threat of disappearance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 52, the Art. 2126).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

In the last paragraph of Item 1 of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 1996 No. 172 - with the changes made by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 1997 No. 395 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 29, page 80) and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 1998 No. 814 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 23, the Art. 829) and of July 28, 2004 No. 963 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 30, the Art. 2016), words "Ministry of Transport and Ukrgosrybkhoz" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Infrastructure and Gosrybagentstva".
2. According to the procedure of maintaining the State ship register of Ukraine and the Ship book of Ukraine, No. 1069 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 26, 1997 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 40, page 24; 1999, No. 13, Art. 519; 2004, No. 30, Art. 2016; 2006, No. 10, Art. 621; 2008, No. 82, Art. 2759; 2011, No. 61, Art. 2435):
