This Instruction establishes procedure for forming and maintaining the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (further - EGR), including determines procedure for assignment of registration numbers to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the structural scope of information about the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are subject to transfer to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus (further - Ministry of Justice) for inclusion in EGR, submissions of information by registering bodies in EGR, provisions interested information from EGR.
