"Article 16.1. The Comissioner for the President of the Russian Federation by the rights of the child and the Ombudsman for Children in the subject of the Russian Federation
1. The Comissioner for the President of the Russian Federation by the child's rights within the powers provided by the corresponding presidential decree of the Russian Federation provides protection of the rights and legitimate interests of children.
2. According to the law and other regulatory legal act of the subject of the Russian Federation the position of the Ombudsman for Children in the subject of the Russian Federation can be established.".
