Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About election of the president of the Kyrgyz Republic and deputies of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic" (the Erkin Too newspaper of July 5, 2011 No. 54) the following change:
