The single system of compensation of the local government officer includes the salary consisting of official pay rate and allowances, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic.
Local government bodies can establish to official pay rates other allowances and payments (financial support, medical, privileges on payment of housing and communal services) approved by local keneshes in the presence of opportunities of the local budget.".
Article 3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
Article 4. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
