About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2006 No. 1737

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2006 No. 1737 "About approval of the list of documents according to which collection is made in indisputable procedure based on executive texts of notaries and officials which according to legal acts are granted the right to make notarial actions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 5, 5/24450; 2008, No. 15, 5/26598; No. 183, 5/28041; No. 188, 5/28107; 2009, No. 261, 5/30648; 2011, No. 69, 5/33968; No. 92, 5/34264) following changes and amendments:
1.1. from the name and Item 1 of the word "notaries and officials who according to legal acts are granted the right to make notarial actions" to exclude;
1.2. add the resolution with Item 11 of the following content:
"11. For making of executive text the claimant submits the application for its making in which shall be entered surname, own name, middle name (if that is available), the name of the claimant and debtor, their residence (the place of stay) or the location, and also other data, stipulated by the legislation.";
1.3. the list of documents according to which collection is made in indisputable procedure based on executive texts of notaries and officials which according to legal acts are granted the right to make notarial actions, approved by this resolution, to be reworded as follows (is attached).
2. This resolution becomes effective since November 20, 2011.
