According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.12.96 No. 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" and in pursuance of the Actions plan on implementation of the electronic document management connected with transportation of goods by railway transport, approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 16.12.2009 No. 1557-r I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes to the Collection of cargo rates by rail within Ukraine and the related services approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of 26.03.2009 No. 317, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.04.2009 for No. 340/16356, which are applied.
2. Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine:
2.1. Submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
2.2. Provide timely bringing this order to permission of consignors, consignees and the population of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Efimenko K. O.
