1. Establish rates for the heat energy released by the republican unitary enterprises of power industry of the national production association of power industry Belenergo on border of balance sheet accessory of thermal networks:

1.1. in the amount of 53rd 773, 0 rubles for 1 Gcal for:

the organizations performing operation of housing stock in case of absence at these organizations in property (economic maintaining, operational management) of thermal networks on which transportation of heat energy for needs of the population is performed;

organizations of citizens builders, partnerships of owners;

the organizations having apartment houses in property (economic maintaining, operational management) and performing leave of heat energy for needs of the population;

religious organizations;

the organizations of health care (their structural and (or) separate divisions) providing medical care in stationary conditions; proteznoortopedichesky recovery centers and their structural and (or) separate divisions;
