RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

About introduction of amendments to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning activities of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning activities of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of change which are attached.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning activities of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources

1. In paragraph three of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 1992 No. 156 "About creation of the national historical and cultural park "Batk_vshchina Taras Shevchenk" (ZP of Ukraine, 1992, No. 4, of the Art. 99) of the word "Ministry of Investments and Construction, Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Protection of the Surrounding Environment of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing, National academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources".
