About modification and recognition voided acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning customs affairs

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. To the Ministry of Finance to approve till January 1, 2012:

procedure for application of customs regime of refusal for the benefit of the state to goods which move through customs border of Ukraine, and the application form about refusal for the benefit of the state;

procedure for functioning in cargo customs complexes, avtoporta, autoterminals of system of electronic accounting of goods and vehicles, systems of video surveillance, gating system and access to the specified systems of officials of customs authorities;

procedure for opening of cargo customs complex, avtoport, autoterminal;

the instruction about procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration.

4. To the Ministry of Finance, the State Customs Service, other central executive bodies to bring till January 1, 2012 own acts into compliance with this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
