1.3. The application form about registration of wholesale selling price for product of medical appointment which is applied.

2. To provide to management of development of the pharmaceutical sector of industry of health care of Inspection department of quality of medical services, regulatory policy and sanitarnoepidemichesky wellbeing submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
