1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.03.2014 No. 71
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 23, 2009 No. 1004 "About approval of the State target economic program "Nuclear Fuel of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 74, Art. 2530; 2010, No. 50, Art. 1648):
1) in the resolution:
in Item 2 of the word "To the Ministry of Economics to include on representation of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy" shall be replaced with words "To the Ministry of economic development and trade to include on representation of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry";
in Items 3 and 4 of the word to "Ministry of Fuel and Energy" shall be replaced with words to "Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry";
2) in appendices to the Program approved by the specified resolution:
in appendix 1:
in Items 3 and 4 to replace the word of Mintoplivenergo with the word Minenergougol;
in Item 5 of the word "Minister for Fuel and Energy" shall be replaced with words "Minister of Energy and Coal Industry";
