About approval of Rules of issue, accounting, storage and destruction of diplomatic and office passports of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to subitem 27-1) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 7, 2002 "About diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for issue of diplomatic and service passports of the Republic of Kazakhstan I DECIDE:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of issue, accounting, storage and destruction of diplomatic and office passports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 1999 No. 59 "About the diplomatic passport of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
2) the order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 14, 2009 No. 323 "About entering of amendment into the order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 1999 No. 59" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 27-28, of the Art. 235).
3. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective after the first official publication.
