1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for import for the address in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of products which are subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity and about recognition of the results of obligatory confirmation of conformity of products received outside the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 11, 2006 No. 8 the following changes and amendments:
according to the procedure of import to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of products which are subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with appendices 1 and 2 in edition according to appendices 1 and 2 to this resolution;
- in Item 1.4:
add with the paragraph the second the following content:
"-products based on the signed agreements (contracts), and also other documents confirming the property right to it which are not intended for alienation or market circulation of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of profit earning from its sale;";
in paragraph six:
after the words "guaranty letter" to add with words "(appendix 1)";
