1. Give the Item 2.13 "Regulations on Rules of Acceptance of Examinations at Persons Wishing to Acquire the Car Driver License Granting the Right for Control of Vehicles and about Rules of Issue of Car Driver Licenses to Them", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 15, 1999, No. 41 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic 1999, No. 3, Article 197; 2003, No. 6, Article 342; 2006, No. 9, Article 822, No. 11, Article 989; 2008, No. 2, Articles 116, 125, No. 9, Article 853, No. 10, Article 928; 2009, No. 6, Article 491; 2010, No. 8, Article 764), in the following edition: "After completion of term of restriction of the right of vehicle control, the car driver license returns in the following procedure: - to persons to whom the right of vehicle control is limited for the term of more than one year, in day of successful delivery of practice examination in skills of vehicle control; - to persons to whom the right of vehicle control is limited for one year and shorter term, without examination in day of the termination of this term.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
