For the purpose of realization of provisions of Articles 7, of 14, 15 Codes of the Kyrgyz Republic about children and establishments of procedure for accreditation and activities of bodies and organizations of foreign states for adoption (adoption) of children citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve enclosed:
- Regulations on procedure for accreditation and activities of bodies and the organizations of foreign states for adoption (adoption) of children citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- the certificate of accreditation of organization activity on provision of services on interstate adoption (adoption) of children without parental support, in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
