About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 836 of September 13, 2010

1. In the Order of the Government No. 836 of September 13, 2010 "About provision of lump-sum allowance on construction or acquisition of living space, or recovery of old houses to some categories of citizens" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 169-171, of the Art. 924) to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the resolution:

a) in preamble after the words "with subsequent changes and amendments" in the first case to add with words ", article 18 of the Law No. 1225-XII of December 8, 1992 on recovery of victims of political repressions (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 241-246, of the Art. 746), with subsequent changes, article 13 of the Law No. 190-XV of May 8, 2003 on veterans (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 84-86, of the Art. 392) with subsequent changes and amendments";

b) at the end to add Item 7 with the words "since January 1, 2014";

2) in provision:

a) 3) of item 4 at the end to add the subitem with g letter) the following content:

"g) the rehabilitated victims of political repressions";

b) add with Items 7/1 and 7/2 of the following content:

"7/1. Persons specified in g letter) the subitem 3) of Item 4, has the right to receive lump-sum allowances on construction of individual or cooperative housing or acquisition of living space in settlements where they were repressed provided that apartment houses were not returned to them, did not require and has no right to require return of property or compensation of its cost by payment of compensation according to provisions of this law.
