In paragraph three of Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for issue of individual licenses on implementation by residents of property investments outside Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1996 No. 229 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 7, Art. 227; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 40, of the Art. 1701), words "the notarized copy of the certificate on state registration of the subject of business activity" shall be replaced with words "the statement or excerpt from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs".
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.07.2019 No. 814.
