1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on accounting registration of private notaries.
2. No. 264 which voided the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 13, 2003 "About approval Regulations on accounting registration of private notaries" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 2625, publishes in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 19-20, of the Art. 919).
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of Committee of registration service and rendering the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to legal assistance.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
