1. Approve Changes in Single sanitary and epidemiologic and hygienic requirements the Commissions of the Customs union approved by the Decision of May 28, 2010 (are applied) No. 299 to the goods which are subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control).

2. Establish the following terms of entry into force of the separate Sections, subitems and standard rates containing in Changes from the date of official publication of this Decision:

- the Sections 22 "Safety Requirements of Nutritional Supplements and Fragrances" and 23 of "The safety requirement of technological supportive applications" - 6 months;

3. The parties have the right of early application of the requirements established in the Sections, subitems and standard rates specified in Item 2 of this Decision on condition of readiness of national producers of goods for their accomplishment.
