1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "The report on retail trade" of annual frequency and enact it starting with the report for 2011.
2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "The report on retail trade" and enact them starting with the report for 2011.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except the microorganizations and peasant farms), the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance, performing sales of goods own and not self-produced through retail (trade) network, drugstores, gas stations, online stores, and also which are engaged in subscription to printing mass media.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of September 8, 2009 No. 149 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "The report on retail trade" and instructions for its filling" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 237, 7/1085).
5. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
