About modification and amendments in appendix to the Law "About Management of Public Property and Its Privatization"

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In appendix to the Law on management of public property and its privatization No. 121-XVI of May 4, 2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 90-93, of the Art. 401), with subsequent changes, to make the following change and addition: the Section "Joint-stock companies" to add after subsection "Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure" with subsection Ministry of Culture of the following content:
