Bring in Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 1992 No. 393 "About procedure for calculation of length of service, appointment and pension payment and benefit to faces of officers, to ensigns, warrant officers, the military personnel of extra urgent service and military service under the contract, faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies and members of their families" (ZP of Ukraine, 1992, No. 7, Art. 182; 1994, No. 1, Art. 23; 1995, No. 8, Art. 191; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 36, page 28; 1999, No. 15, Art. 609; 2000, No. 7, Art. 275; 2001, No. 31, Art. 1393, No. 47, Art. 2071; 2003, No. 47, Art. 2442; 2004, No. 46, Art. 3017; 2005, No. 25, Art. 1441; 2006, No. 7, Art. 371, No. 22, Art. 1609, No. 31, Art. 2233, No. 48, Art. 3200; 2007, No. 71, Art. 2682; 2009, No. 85, Art. 2876) following changes:
paragraphs the twenty fourth, the twenty sixth, twenty seventh and twenty ninth the subitem "v" to exclude;
add the subitem "g" with the paragraph of the following content:
"time of service by faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies in divisions of patrol service according to the list of positions and conditions which are determined by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.".
2. Determine that the length of service of faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies which was estimated before adoption of this resolution is not subject to revision.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
