According to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of the military personnel and faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies" and the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on procedure for commissioning of this Law Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that for purpose of long-service pensions according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" to persons from among the military personnel (except the military personnel of conscription service of the private, sergeant, foreman and officers, to persons specified in the Items - "д", and "з" article 1-2 of this Law, are enlisted in length of service:
military service in the Armed Forces, the State Border Service, National guard, Management of the state protection, Civil defense of Ukraine, internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other military forming created by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, Service of foreign intelligence, Public service of special communication and information security, the Public special service of transport;
