About introduction of amendments to article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About cinematography" relatively about issue of the state certificate on the diffusion right and demonstrations of movies

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About cinematography" (1998, No. 22, the Art. 114) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with parts two - heel of such content:

"The state certificate on the diffusion right and demonstrations of movies is issued on paid basis to the subject of cinematography within ten working days from the day of filing of application and other documents and materials determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The term of consideration of the application about issue of the state certificate can be extended for the diffusion right and demonstrations of movies for twenty five working days in case of disagreements concerning index of the movie and viewing of the movie by commission of experts concerning distribution and demonstration of movies.

The bases for refusal in issue of the state certificate on the diffusion right and demonstrations of movies are:

discrepancy of the filed documents and materials to requirements of Item 6 of the Regulations on the state certificate of the diffusion right and demonstrations of movies and this Law;

availability of the conclusion of commission of experts on movies which propagandize war, violence, cruelty, fascism and neo-fascism are directed to liquidation of independence of Ukraine, incitement of interethnic, racial, religious strife, humiliation of the nation, disrespect for national and religious shrines, humiliation of the personality which propagandize ignorance, disrespect for parents, and also drug addiction, toxicomania, alcoholism and other addictions; movies of pornographic nature.

The state certificate on the diffusion right and demonstrations of movies can be cancelled and is cancelled state registration of the movie in case:

identifications in the documents filed by the subject of cinematography, false information;
