1. Bring In Item 2 parts five of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About citizenship of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 13, Art. 65; 2005, No. 20, the Art. 277) change, having added it after words "serious crime (before repayment or removal of criminal record)" with the words "taking into account threat level for homeland security of the state".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
