About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About assistance of employment of the population"
Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2003 "About assistance of employment of the population" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2003, No. 8, sg. 467; 2005, No. 12, Art. 650; 2007, No. 7, Art. 687; 2008, No. 12, h 2, Art. 1006) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
- designate paragraphs the hyphen is familiar "-";
- in paragraphs the second, eleventh and twelfth the word of "service" to replace with the word "bodies", shall be replaced with words words of "bodies of public service of employment of the population" "state bodies of employment of the population" and the words "public service of employment of the population" shall be replaced with words "state body of employment of the population";
- the thirteenth to exclude the paragraph.
2. In Article 3:
- word part four in paragraph four of "public service of employment of the population" shall be replaced with words "state body of employment of the population";
- in part five of the word "Social Security Fund of the Population" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of social insurance and pensions".
3. In Article 4:
- in part one, paragraphs the fourth and fifth word part two "employment service" shall be replaced with words "state body of employment of the population", "bodies of public service of employment of the population" and "bodies of public service of employment" respectively shall be replaced with words words "state bodies of employment of the population" and "state bodies of employment of the population";
- to state paragraph two of part two in the following edition:
"-reached according to the pension legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan of retirement age, except the citizens receiving disability pension.".
