About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning simplification of conditions of access to the market of telecommunication services

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 12, the Art. 155, No. 48, Art. 526; 2006, No. 14, Art. 116, No. 22, Art. 188, No. 30, Art. 258; 2010, No. 10, Art. 105, No. 34, Art. 482, No. 38, Art. 504; 2011, No. 18, Art. 126):

Shall be replaced with words 1) in part six of Article 10 of the word "Persons Who according to This Law Obtained License for Activities in the field of" "Operators of telecommunications which according to this Law are entered in the register of operators, providers of telecommunications";

2) in Article 18 part one:

add with Item 4-1 of such content:

"4-1) establishes Rules of implementation of activities in the field of telecommunications";

state Item 20 in such edition:

"20) is established by procedure for maintaining and keeps the register of operators, providers of telecommunications";

3) in part three of Article 38 of the word of "means of telecommunications to telecommunication networks public" shall be replaced with words "technical means to telecommunication network of the operator";

4) in Article 39 part one:

state Item 1 in such edition:

"1) to perform activities in the field of telecommunications according to the legislation on condition of inclusion in the register of operators, providers of telecommunications, and in the cases determined by the law also in the presence of the corresponding licenses and/or permissions";

in Item 13 of the word "according to the law" shall be replaced with words "in amounts, procedure and the terms determined by the legislation";
