About entering of amendment into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595

1. Item 4 of the Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 107, 5/9363; 2008, No. 223, 5/28341; 2009, No. 83, 5/29528; 2011, No. 67, 5/33925) to add with subitem 4.8 of the following content:
"4.8. implementation of state regulation of production and electricity distribution, gas, couple and hot water, and also creation of conditions for development of the organizations of all patterns of ownership performing these types of economic activity.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
