Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of calculation and confirmation of insurance years of service for establishment of work pensions approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 24, 2002 N 555 (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 31, by Art. 3110; 2003, N 33, Art. 3269; 2009, N 43, Art. 5067).

1. In the subitem "v" of Item 2:
a) in the paragraph the second "the Law of the Russian Federation "On provision of pensions of persons passing military service, service in law-enforcement bodies, the Public fire service, organizations and bodies of criminal executive system, and their families" shall be replaced with words words "the Law of the Russian Federation "On provision of pensions of persons passing military service, service in law-enforcement bodies, the Public fire service, drug trafficking monitoring bodies and psychotropic substances, organizations and bodies of criminal executive system, and their families";
b) in paragraph three "state" to replace the word with the word to "obligatory".
2. In paragraph six of Item 5 of the word", issued by territorial tax authorities" shall be replaced with words "and other documents issued by territorial tax authorities".
