About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About immunoprevention of infectious diseases"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About immunoprevention of infectious diseases" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2001, No. 6, the Art. 191) the following changes:
1. Regarding the 2nd Article 2 of the word "the international treaty of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "the international treaty which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic,".
2. In Article 5:
in the paragraph the second 2 words "international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words parts "the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic,";
regarding 4 words "international agreements" shall be replaced with words "the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic".
3. In Article 6 of the word "in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About health protection of the people of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "the legislation on health protection".
4. State Article 9 in the following edition:
"Article 9. Organizational bases of activities in the field of immunoprevention
Immunoprevention in the Kyrgyz Republic is performed by treatment and prevention facilities and the public sanitary and epidemiologic service of authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of health care.
In systems of authorized state bodies in the field of defense, the border service, homeland security, internal affairs, prevention of emergency situations and other military forming immunoprevention is performed by departmental health service.".
