About reducing quantity and enlargement of the state target programs
In pursuance of subitem 1.1.1 of Item 1.1 of the National plan of action for 2011 for implementation of the Program of economic reforms for 2010-2014 "Rich society, competitive economy, the effective state" approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 27, 2011 No. 504, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list it (is applied).
2. To the ministries, other central executive bodies, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Odessa regional, Sevastopol city to public administrations, to National academy of Sciences to provide in accordance with the established procedure till July 15, 2011. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine drafts of regulatory legal acts regarding refining of tasks and actions, amounts and sources of financing, terms of accomplishment of the state target programs according to appendix.
3. No. 1021 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.10.2011
4. No. 114 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 22.02.2012
5. No. 801 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 20.07.2011
6. To head department of public service to submit till July 15, 2011 for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About recognition No. 1212 which voided the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 9, 2000 "About the Comprehensive program of training of government employees".
