2. To the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and other interested central executive bodies to review the state target programs on protection of the surrounding environment regarding duplication of tasks and actions of programs and tax till May 1, 2012 in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine drafts of the corresponding regulatory legal acts.
