1. In Item 8 of the Regulations on payment procedure for carrying out accreditation and the inspection check-up of activities of the expert organizations in the field of industrial safety approved by the order of the chief of the State inspection Sanoatkontekhnazorat of April 15, 2010 N 126 (reg.n 2105 of May 25, 2010) (2010, N 21, the Art. 164) words of "The state inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safe operation in the industry, mining and the household sector" shall be replaced with words collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan "The state inspectorate for supervision of geological studying of subsoil, safe operation in the industry, mining and the household sector under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
2. This order is approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
