Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992 "About environmental protection" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2002 (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1993, No. 1, Art. 1; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 85, 2/875; 2006, No. 6, 2/1177; No. 122, 2/1259; 2007, No. 147, 2/1335; 2010, No. 120, 2/1679) following changes:
1. "Tax and others" to exclude from the paragraph of the tenth of Article 9 and paragraph two of part one of Article 82 of the word.
2. In Article 10:
to state the paragraph of the eighth part two in the following edition: "performs state regulation of activities for certification in the field of environmental protection (further – ecological certification);";
"tax and others" to exclude word parts three from the paragraph of the ninth.
3. In Article 31:
state part one in the following edition:
"Ecological certification is performed according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus the certification bodies accredited in the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus.";
to state the paragraph of the sixth part two in the following edition: "other objects in the field of environmental protection according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.".
