1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about procedure for forming of the database about investors - physical persons in members (temporary participants) of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits, approved by the decision of administrative board of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits, of 14.11.2002 No. 13, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 06.12.2002 for No. 956/7244 (with changes) / further - Changes / which are applied.
2. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to executive directorate.
3. This decision becomes effective from the date of official publication, except Item 3 of Changes which becomes effective from 01.01.2012.
