About modification of Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 1997 No. 176 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 8, page 142; 2007, No. 75, Art. 2791; 2008, No. 19, Art. 541; 2009, No. 39, Art. 1323; No. 72, the Art. 2479), changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 22, 2011 No. 672
To state the subitem 15 of Item 145 in the following edition:
"15) to provide before passenger international motor transportation verification of presence at passengers of the documents necessary for entry into the state of following, the states on route and to refuse international delivery to passengers who did not show necessary documents;".
2. After Item 155 to add with Item 155-1 of the following content:
"155-1. During implementation of passenger international motor transportation automobile carrier, automobile self-employed carrier, except the obligations determined by Items 147 and 150 of these Rules, obliged to check before such transportation availability at passengers of the documents necessary for entry into the state of following, the states on route and to refuse transportation to passengers who according to their requirement did not show necessary documents.".
3. Add Item 157 with the subitem 8 of the following content:
"8) during the international motor transportation to have properly the processed documents necessary for entry into the state of following, the states on route and to show them upon the demand of automobile carrier, automobile self-employed carrier.".
4. Add Item 158 with the new subitem 6 of the following content:
