About modification of the Procedure for use of fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment and control during the organization of paid social jobs for the unemployed

According to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case", Item 14 of the Fund charter of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on unemployment case (further - Fund) board of the DECIDES: Fund

1. Bring in Item 3 of the Procedure for use of fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment and the control during the organization of paid social jobs for the unemployed approved by the resolution of board of Fund of 16.10.2008 No. 69, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 05.11.2008 for No. 1077/15768, such changes:

state the fourth paragraph in the following edition:

"acquisition of stock (worth up to one thousand hryvnias for unit), its repair and servicing";

add Item with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"acquisition of economic materials, other material resources (worth up to one thousand hryvnias for unit) which are considered as a part of inventories which can be used for the organization and carrying out paid social jobs at legal entities of the state or utility patterns of ownership or the non-profitable organizations.".

2. To submit to executive directorate of Fund the resolution of board on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
