About introduction of amendments to the Family code of Ukraine concerning features of adoption of separate categories of children
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Family code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, N 21-22, Art. 135) such changes:
1. To add part one of Article 212 with Items 11-13 of the following content:
"11) for health reasons need permanent foreign care;
12) are stateless persons;
13) are in marriage with person who according to Items 3-6, 8 and 10 of this Article cannot be adoptive father".
2. In part three of Article 214 of the word "governmental body of public administration on adoption and protection of the rights of the child as a part of the central executive body concerning family and youth (further - governmental body of public administration on adoption and protection of the rights of the child)" shall be replaced with words "the central executive body to which powers questions of adoption and protection of the rights of children belong".
3. In Article 215:
in word part one "governmental body of public administration on adoption and protection of the rights of the child" shall be replaced with words "the central executive body to which powers questions of adoption and protection of the rights of children belong";
the second to state part in the following edition:
"2. Accounting of the citizens of Ukraine living outside Ukraine and the foreigners wishing to adopt children, is conducted by exclusively central executive body to which powers questions of adoption and protection of the rights of children belong, according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
4. In part one of Article 216 of the word "or stateless persons" to exclude.
5. To add part one of Article 219 with Item 5 of the following content:
"5) within two months after the birth of the child did not take away it on education to themselves in family and record about them in the Book of registration of births it is made according to article 135 of this Code".
6. To state the name of the Section VI in the following edition:
