About modification of the Regulations on state examination on energy saving
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Regulations on state examination on energy saving approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15 in 1998 N 1094 "About state examination on energy saving" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, N 28, Art. 1060; 2006, N 45, the Art. 3015), changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of parts of vtoroypyaty article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities".

To add Item 2 after words of "the operating objects and the companies" with the words "with annual consumption of fuel and energy resources in one thousand and more tons in terms of conditional fuel-according to the decision of the customer in case of provision of preferences (subsidies, tax or financial and credit benefits) at the expense of budgetary funds".
2. State Item 6 in such edition:
"6. State examination on energy saving is carried out by Gosenergoeffektivnosti. Expertize of construction projects is carried out according to article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities"".
