About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About HIV/AIDS in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About HIV/AIDS in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2005, No. 11, the Art. 900) the following changes:
1. In Article 2:
regarding 1 word "international treaties and agreements which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "come in the procedure established by the law into force of international treaties which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic";
regarding 2 words "international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "the international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic,".
2. In part 5 of Article 12 of the word "The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
