The paragraph of the eighth of Item 3 of Rules of the organization of system of the state accounting and control of turnover of the sources of ionizing radiation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 3, 2009 N 98 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, N 4, Art. 25), to state in the following edition:
"radioactive waste - the substances in any aggregate state which are not intended for further use, containing radionuclides with the activity level exceeding the values established in acts of the legislation".
