Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of December 27, 1991 N 2124-I "About mass media" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, N 7, Art. 300; Russian Federation Code, 1995, N 3, Art. 169; N 24, of Art. 2256; N 30, of Art. 2870; 1996, N 1, Art. 4; 1998, N 10, Art. 1143; 2000, N 26, Art. 2737; 2001, N 32, Art. 3315; 2002, N 30, Art. 3029, 3033; 2003, N 27, Art. 2708; 2004, N 27, Art. 2711; N 35, of Art. 3607; N 45, of Art. 4377; 2006, N 31, Art. 3452; N 43, of Art. 4412; 2007, N 31, Art. 4008) following changes:
1) in Article 2:
a) third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"mass media are understood as the periodic printing edition, online media, TV channel, radio channel, TV program, radio program, the video program, the film chronicle program, other form of periodic distribution of mass information as the permanent name (name);";
b) in paragraph four the word "name" shall be replaced with words "the name (name)";
c) in paragraph five the word "name" shall be replaced with words "the name (name)";
d) to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"products of mass media are understood as the circulation or part of circulation of separate number of the periodic printing edition, separate release of TV channel, radio channel, radio program, TV program, the film chronicle program, circulation or part of circulation audio-or videos of the program, separate release or updating of online media, separate release of other mass media;";
e) to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:
